Sovereign Villas began with a single conviction: a rental home deserves the same care as a home that is owned. From our office on Commerce Drive — minutes from Fort Knox and the heart of Hardin County — we have grown a small, deliberate portfolio rather than a large, anonymous one.
Twelve residences. Twelve Kentucky cities. Each home is chosen for its street, its light and its bones, then prepared by people who will still be answering the phone a year into your lease.
